Way too baggy

I ordered a size M, it felt about 2 sizes too large, with 1 extra inch on each shoulder even though it's marked as "regular fit" and "order your regular size". I'm 5'11 170lb. I'm returning it. Construction is OK, nothing special. Very baggy / boxy cut for those who like that stuff.
