I've been searching for a comfy pair of denim shorts, and these definitely fit the bill. However, size UP if you have any type of curve (I'm 5' 130lbs with a muscular body type and curvier thighs for reference). I'm usually a 25 or 26, but I had to size up to a 28 for these (and they still look pretty small for a 28 when you hold them up!) I'm not a fan of Levi's sizing in general, but I'm glad to have found some comfy denim shorts.

Seems to be made for one body type not a body type with the curves.

Great fitting shorts
Great fit true to size I don’t understand why people say they run small. I am a size 26 in all other brands Abercrombie etc and 26 fit me just fine

Vanity Sized
As usual, people are saying these run small when in reality they run very large. I have an almost 24inch waist (this hasn’t changed in years). However, every year I buy these shorts in a size 23, and they keep getting bigger in the waist, and even more loose in the thighs. Vanity sizing has people clueless about their measurements, and it’s eliminating options for people who cannot size down any further. Levi’s Mile High Super Skinny Jeans in a 24 fit my waist perfect. The 501 denim shorts in a 23 are huge. I’m such a loyal customer but if companies keep sizing smaller bodies out… I don’t know where to shop anymore.
