Not for petite frame

The seam that leads from the zipper's end to the crotch is long. If you're tall this may work. If petite it looks too long and can make the pants seem wider at the hips. (on a taller woman the zipper would end where it should. Extending longer throws other proportions off).

Flare much larger then a pairs in picture. The flare actually covers your whole foot
