Love the bag, but it came with heavy scratches on the front returned it they re-shipping me a new bag. Fingers crossed!

the bad is actually cute looking but came with several marks/scratches on it. will have to return.
Almost what I hoped for
The bag is almost as pictured. I bought the black one and in the images, it had the designer name on the side of the bag in gold, which made a nice contrast against the black. However, the name was only engraved and not colored in. The bag also came with parts of the leather indented right off the bat. I'm worried this will blemish easily.
Horrible quality
I ordered this bag first from another website and received it with dings and scratches. I loved the shape and overall look of it, so when I saw it was on bloomingdales on sale I decided to order it again. I just received the bag and it looks like it’s been worn for 6 months. The leather is so smooth/soft it’s already completely destroyed. Honestly I wouldn’t pay more then 15-20 dollars for this and even that’s a stretch.
