Be prepared to get a used one

Got a returned/used one with a warranty card filled out with a previous date

Don't order from Bloomingdales - Used

Bloomingdales sent me a used item from their fulfillment center when I was told the watch would ship from the Vendor/Longines. Watch was scratched up everywhere; bezel and bracelet. No plastic covering on the watch at all. The box of the watch was equally damaged and repaired with tape. When returned to the store, according to the Sales Associate I can actually purchase that specific watch for $827 if I wanted to buy it back. I asked if I can get a different watch of the same model for that price but was told only that specific watch. Clearly Bloomingdales sent me a used item for full price. This is shameful business practice.
