Very pleased
Classy, but understated. Not too bling, able to go from work to an elegant night out. It weighs a lot, so it will take about 2 weeks to get used to.

Excellent Watch
I recently ordered the Longines Dolcevita watch online from Bloomingdale’s for in-store pickup. While I love the brand and the sleek, timeless design of the Dolcevita collection, my experience at the store was far from seamless. (The watch is perfect and a beautiful timepiece!) I specifically ordered the 32mm size, but upon inspection, the watch looked much smaller—more like the 23mm. When I expressed concern, the associate insisted it was the correct SKU. However, there was nothing in the packaging to confirm the size, which added unnecessary confusion. After much back-and-forth, the associate kindly processed an exchange for the larger 37mm, but the entire ordeal was frustrating and avoidable. Adding to the frustration, no one on staff was available to size the watch. Instead of a proactive solution, I was told to “come back next week,” which felt dismissive. Only after I mentioned that I couldn’t come during the week did the associate clarify that someone would be available the following day. This should have been communicated from the start: something like, “Our regular person isn’t here today but will be in tomorrow starting at 1 PM.” Clear communication and empathy would have made a huge difference. For a high-end purchase, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. Bloomingdale’s should ensure staff are trained to handle sizing issues and exchanges with better efficiency and customer care. While I eventually received the watch I wanted, the process left much to be desired.
