Great Watch, Inconsistent Service

The Longines watch I purchased is great, the service I received was inconsistent. The first gentleman who assisted me did not show me the unique way the bracelet needs to be opened. I needed to go back to the store a few days later and have a different sales person help me. In less than 30 seconds Galina showed me the unique opening method. If I had been shown that the first visit on the day I purchased it, I would not have had to go back to the store a second time. Not a big deal but if you are selling better watches you should make the customer aware of this. The watch is great!

I was shopping online for watches for a while and finally went to the store to check this one out. It was even more beautiful in person than I was expecting.
