Beautiful Watch and Excellent Service

We bought this watch as a gift for our son on his wedding day and it was perfect. It was a new model that Bloomingdale's did not have the warranty for, as it had not come in yet. The sales rep and manager were excellent at communicating with us about how they would handle this and make sure it was taken care of.
