Beautiful Dress- Fit is Odd

Beautiful fabric and style. The fit is tight in top and perfect in the skirt. The small was tight on top (34B) but the bottom part fit great. The medium was too big.

summer perfect!

Lovely and versatile dress BUT it tins extremely long. I bought an XS and it fits well EXCEPT it huts the floor. I am 5’2”! very costly to hem!
