poor photo & description. DARK RED not neutral

I understand that color may differ SLIGHTLY when viewing a cosmetic online, but this lipstick is DARK WARM red. The color of the lipgloss and lip liner are accurate. Why is the lipstick described as neutral when it is warm? Come on; it’s like a bait and switch tactic. Hope recipient is ok with this gift ( but doubt it)

Not neutral

I wouldn't call this neutral. The lipstick is a brown reddish rose similar to retro or brick-o-la. Very dark for daytime if you are pale like me. This might work as a neutral on darker skinntones. The lipglass is like a darker, warm toned all things magical. I didn't try the lip liner.
