Poor quality control from Mac Duggal

Dress arrived with one of the rhinestone pins broken (but no missing parts found in the protective bag), several small stains and smelled like someone had worn it. The dress was in a sealed bag from the manufacturer and it was not shipped by Bloomingdale’s. It must have been a return that was reprocessed and not checked for quality. Very disappointing.
