Runs very small

I ordered the dress on line; bought 2 different sizes and neither fit. I bought my size, a 4, and a 6 , and the 6 was tight. Also, it looked nothing like the photo. The feathers stuck outward and were not full like shown in the photo. Very disappointing!

Darts are not correct.

This dress is adorable but the bust darts are way too high on the chest. I will have to return the dress.
