Goes on easy and no smudge!

I absolutely love the way. The teddy Brown looks on. It has just enough sparkle., I didn’t think it would look good on me. I’m 67 years old, but it does and makes my hazel colored eyes pop !

Still the best.

Being using this for many years. Tried using a different less expensive brand, but of course regretted it. I use it on my waterline. When i use it on my skin, it really smudges.
