Terrible Customer Service and Quality Checks

I hardly ever write a bad review but it is necessary for this product and service received. I ordered Glide or Die (Black) as I was low on the liner. Great price point. Needless to say, I received Pool Shark (Green). Errors occur and I allow grace. Contacted customer service, needless to say, I was not offered any expedited service for replacement as this item isn’t available in store. Secondly, there was no offer for compensation for the inconvenience. Received the replacement, same error! Wrong color. Totally annoyed at this point. Contacted customer service AGAIN. The rep advised to keep both products, she would refund my purchase and send the new product for the 3rd time at no charge. Received the 3rd product and it is still WRONG. My last phone call was a conversation with a supervisor who lacked any consideration for their multiple errors. NOW I have to take time out to return everything. Service has truly changed and a HUGE disappointment! DO NOT order this product.

Love, love, love it!

The color pool shark is amazing! It looks fantastic and stays put! Every time I wear it I get complimented. It's a subtle green, but makes my eyes pop! The mascara is my new favorite!
