Disappointed with service
Did not receive item. I ordered on the 4th of February. I am in New York and I tracked the package from Connecticut to Massachusetts and after 4 days, the next location was Indianapolis, Indiana. When I called, Bloomingdale’s rep told me I would receive it on the 10th February by 9:00 p.m. the same day I called. I explained that this was not possible and I was rudely told to contact USPS. I had to call multiple times before Bloomingdale’s initiated the refund process. I also did call the USPS who advised me that the package was Miss Anne’s and that he could not tell me if and when I would receive the item because he was not at the site. He also said that even if he were at the site, there could be no guarantees as that location is as big as 2 football fields. I know mistakes happen, but all I am asking for is accurate information - not to be told that the item will be delivered on a specific date which common sense will tell you is not possible.

I use this over my skin prep and sun screen. It balances out my shine.

Smoothing
This product does what it says, very smoothing and I do feel helps my makeup to last on my problem areas, especially around my nose and on the tip of my nose. It is a small tube but a little goes a long way.

Just ok!
It's an ok primer- provides smoothing and mattifying to the skin. It's only 15ml- half the size of most primers, so mainly for that reason I would not repurchase.

It works!
this was recommended to me by an SA when I asked for something that could minimize the pores on my nose and actually allow makeup to look decent in that area. She warned me that a little goes a long way and she was right - I have to use the littlest amount over tacky skin and it works perfectly. Great product!
