Too Dry

I understand it was a matte formula and I was prepared to apply some lip balm before the lipstick but this is simply horrible. It flakes terribly within 10 minutes of applying even with a lip balm. Pigmentation and color itself is good but the formula is too dry and damaging to my lips. Definitely not for me but I seriously believe it wouldn’t be much better for others out there unless I received a particularly bad singled out stick.
