Perfect coat to walk around the ski village
Lightweight, warm, and true to size. I am 5’ 6” and 120 lb and usually wear XS/S. The S coat fit perfect. Zipper is a little tricky to maneuver.

Gorgeous!
This is an absolutely gorgeous and well made coat. I wanted something for this winter that will be like a blanket I can walk with all over the place. This checks all the boxes and the stitching and detail are beautiful. I love the tie on the waist. Absolutely recommend. I usually wear an XL in other brands, but I read online to go up a size and this is perfect in the XXL. I am usually a size US14/16.

A keeper!
This is the most stylish and comfortable coat. I highly recommend it. I’m 5”4”, so I struggle a bit with the length when going up and down stairs, but only when the coat is open. All in all, it's a keeper!

Less about the coat, more about Bloomingdales
Perhaps someone here can help explain to me how I purchased this coat and my bank card was charged $1325 but when I returned this coat (the coat is beautiful was too long & big) I was only refunded $1069.10. Bloomingdales is claiming I used loyalist points towards this purchase but I dont know how that is possible when I was charged $1325. I would expect since I no longer have this coat in my possession, I would be refunded the full amount of $1325 to my bank card but Bloomingdales is claiming I used loyalist points on this purchase. If I used those points, wouldn't the amount charged to my bank card be for that same lesser amount? This feels like robbery.
