Gone but not forgotten

Would have loved to own this but I tried to order this coat three times. The first time I ordered it, a different coat arrived. I sent it back immediately, called customer service and ordered a new one. IT NEVER CAME. I ordered it again, the order did not process right and it was cancelled. So I called customer service for the third time and tried to place the order. By this time my size was sold out, the 25% off offer was gone and sadly could never buy it. WOW, surprised how Bloomindales customer service has gone way down hill :(

Not too sure about this one

I’m still on the fence about keeping this purchase, no fault of Bloomingdales, the fur is just not giving the quality that is signature to Mackage it’s flat and resembles faux fur. I purchased this item due to wanting black on black but better should be done for a coat this price.

Good coat bad fur

Great go coat but I was expecting better fur for the price. I seen many of these coat and the fur is different than this one. Disappointed in that area!!
