just received bag and it was missing the leather crossbody strap.

Switcheroo?

Sadly, when the package arrived, I opened it to find a woolen knit cap. Not the Madewell Leather purse I had ordered and paid for. I was surprised and immediately called customer service asking that they send the purse and that I would return the knit cap, which I have done. Customer Service informed me that there are no longer any Madewell purses available! I think somebody in your shipping department has made a huge err and perhaps took the purse and sent me a black winter cap as a substitute. I am fuming!

Nice bag but scratches easily

Very nice handbag, unique color, stylish and perfect size to put some stuffs in it. My only complaint is the material. When I received it, it had one scratch on it, and I noticed it gets scratch easily, so unfortunately I have to return it
