Strange

The skirt runs true to size, however, it is bizarre. The piece of pleated fabric is a single panel only attached at the waist. Underneath the pleated panel, there is a cut out (for no apparent reason). What appears to be like a faux wrap around, it is not. Plus the other slit on the side makes for a very drafty skirt, unless this is what you're going for!

So cute with the belt detail. Nice fabric and adorable on - it's just that it is NOT a skort so don't expect a short worked into the product

Not a skort

This skirt is Not a skort but a proper skirt. It's very thin and not designed for curvier women. You'll need to have a figure similar to the model's to pull it off. I weigh 132 pounds and 5'3" with hips, and I bought a size 38. While the waistband was wide, there wasn't enough material to accommodate my hips. Its a weird fit. I am sadly returning it.
