Missing item

I was searching for this item In my size everywhere and when it finally popped up on Bloomingdale’s I was so excited to purchase it. But to my disappointment My item came without the skirt. Bloomingdale’s??? Whattt??? Who did the quality control of this item to ship it to me with the item missing. Disappointed
