Too big, too small

I bought (and returned) both 39 and 40. The 39 pinched at the toe box to the point my toes immediately started tingling. With the 40, the toe box was better, but the heel slipped. The leather doesn't have much give. Purchased another brand in a 39 with softer leather.

fabulous

Great looking shoe and wish it came in half size but love them ! Very heavy for packing so won’t be taking them on trips to Europe which is why I bought them. I’d say true to size
