These run small and now I can’t return these and barley missed the return date so z I’ll try to stretch them out. Smh

Wide calf

These boots are absolutely beautiful and super comfortable, but unfortunately I have wide calf’s, so the boot does not sit the way it should because of my calf’s, I’m definitely considering keeping them and trying to see if the shoe maker can fix it, also I have wide feet so I went a half size up I’m usually an 8 but I got an 8/1/2, if you have no issues with wide calf’s I highly recommend these beauty’s.

Terrible service

Was sent the wrong item and when I spoke to a representative she was extremely rude as if it was my fault. I was initially told the original item would be shipped and I would have to send back the item I received. A Inconvenience for me but I did it. I was then sent an email 2 days later saying my case was reviewed and I would not be sent the item or a refund based on my history with Bloomingdale’s. I have nothing but a positive history there. Thankfully I was finally connected with a representative that was helpful and sorry for the inconvenience. This was not the service I would expect from Bloomingdale’s.
