Very Stiff

No one in the house wants this quilt on their bed it is stiff. I should have returned it.

Looked good at first, but quality is terrible.

I bought this quilt, and the first time I washed it (gentle wash & then tumble dry, low heat), the quilt shrunk at least six inches in length and another six inches in width. And it feels hard and brittle. Very disappointed. I am going to return it and hope to get a full refund from Bloomingdales.
