awful

this has nothing to it. I wouldn’t even say it’s soft, it’s just flat. I’d say sleep with no pillow before spending on this. if you need a little more support with pillows you love, then get this

Medium Too Soft for Me

I think the pillows are nice but I purchased medium support. On receiving the medium and removing the pillow from the packaging, I think it will be too soft for me. I am sending it back and reordering a firm. I have enjoyed this brand in hotels/airbnbs, but the pillow was firmer.

Product different from expectation

I tried this pillow at the store and the order I received feels completely different. Bloomingdales should let customers know about the difference or dipslayed ones should feel the same as what we will receive… very disappointing

Great alternative to down pillows.

These feel just like feather pillows. These are wonderful, I don’t wake up with allergy symptoms like I did with feather pillows. I’ve tried lots of synthetic pillows these are the closest to the real of feathers.

Great pillows!

Great pillows! Love that they are Oeko-Tex certified. Soft, luxurious, and no odors. Note that they are quite soft - the medium is more like a soft, and the firm is more like a medium fill.

Expected better

I recently bought the medium down alternative pillow and in store it felt fluffy and like a good quality pillow until I brought it home and slept on it one night and it was completely flat with no support whatsoever. Expected way better for the price. If you're looking for a supportive pillow, this is NOT it.
