Somewhat disappointing

These Matouk Regent bath towels are not the premium product they used to be. They are still expensive but certainly much thinner and much less luxurious. I would not recommend.

Soft and fluffy but thin

Not clear on this product's description webpage that these towels are 550gsm which is medium (?), soft and fluffy but I prefer heavier weight more dense 700-800gsm. Another aspect of quality is how well towels hold up to washes and I don't know because I returned the towels but give Matouk, given it's reputation, the benefit of the doubt.
