Product fell apart in 1 month
Product fell apart in a month. Purchased in July for my newborn baby and I can’t get the fabric to remain on. The foam is exposed and falls over baby’s face while driving!!!!!!!

Do Not Recommend
I have had this car seat for 6 months and like many others have said the styrofoam backing has come undone and now the seat is useless. I have tried reaching out to costumer care about this but they can’t seem to respond to emails or phone calls. I would suggest shopping around for a higher quality product with a better customer care team.

Terrible
I have loved maxi Cosi brand for our swing, rocker, highchair but this car seat is terrible. My baby was only 2 months old and the car seat started falling apart. I can’t even get the fabric to go back over the styrofoam. Not only is this super dangerous and unsafe but it looks terrible. I would never recommend to anyone. I have all the connectors for our stroller and wagon for this brand - I feel like I just threw my money away!

Disappointed
Car seat cover is constantly coming off while my baby is in the car seat, hood does not stay on properly and tabs are always popping out. Have multiple times tried putting the liner back in place with a butter knife but it doesn’t last for long. Very disappointing!

WASTE OF MONEY
I put them down on my registry because I thought it was reliable and for the price honestly good qualify. Even the stroller is poor quality and the wheels are wobbly annd feel like they’re going to fall off already, now have to buy new. Mind you only have had for 4 months. This is so sad seeing how easily this car seat detached thinking about if we had gotten into an accident and I didn’t notice the detachment my son could be dead or seriously injured. Highly don’t recommend this car seat as it’s a huge safety hazard.

Cover separates from car seat
We purchased this car seat together with the Gia XP stroller. Within days of using the car seat, the sun shade separated from the back of the car seat. A few weeks later the car seat cover separated from the car seat which exposed the padding for the car seat. I’m not sure if this is safe at this point. Seems to be a trend with this product based on all the other reviews with exactly the same issue.

Unsafe and Uncomfortable - Not Worth the Risk
This car seat is incredibly disappointing and honestly dangerous. The overall construction feels unstable, and I would never trust it to protect my child in an accident. The so-called “padding” is mostly Styrofoam covered with thin, scratchy fabric, it offers no real support or comfort for an infant. My baby cried every time we put them in this seat, and I’m not surprised the hard, cheap material is extremely uncomfortable. The straps don’t stay snug, and the seat wobbles no matter how tightly we install it. That’s a major red flag for any parent. It’s clear this product was made with cutting corners in mind, not safety or quality. Our children deserve better.
