MCM SMALL BACKPACK
So when I received my package it came in a brown box with bloomies tissue paper on top of it. Inside there was a mcm bag that contained the backpack. It was small and in great condition. My only complaint is Packaging is everything when you spend your hard earned money on these brands!

A joke..
My bag was sent in a brown box in a Bloomingdale’s dust bag, the tag wasn’t attached. The MCM dust bag and warranty cards were missing, so clearly used. Contacted customer service and was told it doesn’t say anything about a dust bag or warranty card in the description. I own several MCM and they always come with these items. If you are going to sell luxury items please ensure everything is included, I spent over $700 on this bag and I’m HIGHLY disappointed.
Practical
Pretty good size and practical. It fits my walled on chain and iPhone XR and there’s more space to add more things. I wish the logo would be more visible since this backpack is black. I really wanted the color cognac but BLOOMINGDALE didn’t have it in stock so I chose this one since there was a promotion of earning back rewards.

Cute but no belt loop??
For some reason, this version does not have belt loops, which is different than that what I've seen before on MCM website when they had the same version with row of studs at the pockets. For my petite figure, wearing it at the belt wouldn't have been flattering anyways, but I would appreciate having that option. There's also a small loop at the left pocket (looking from the front) for you to hook on a keychain which I like. I'm not sure if all MCM backpacks are like this, but I felt that mine had a weird defect from manufacturing or the way it was stuffed with paper during storage. My backpack arrived with the right side pretty lumpy. Debating if I want to keep and fix it over time or exchange for a new one.

No Belt Loop
I’m disappointed that it has no belt loop like the ones I seen, I’m highly confused so now I have to return which is a bummer
On the fence...
I’ve been wanting to get a mini backpack in this style from another designer but the price for that one is outrageous, so when I saw this one at my local Bloomingdale’s I quickly bought it. But I’m going to return it because of major differences I’ve seen in YouTube videos and on the MCM site itself. This backpack is supposed to be worn several ways, however, the belt loop on the back of mine is missing so it can’t be used as a belt bag. Also, a another major difference is the lining. In mine, it’s a cotton twill, in the MCM site and on another major retailer’s site, the backpack is lined in black leather. Maybe I’m just nitpicking, but those features is what I expected after paying that much, so unfortunately, back it goes.
