Bad service
It’s a birthday gift to a kid. I paid for the gift wrapping but the item came in a very bad shape without any packaging. They did refund me the wrapping fee $5, but it brought me a lot of troubles to buy the wrapper and wrap it by myself . Bad service qualify for Bloomingdale
Just okay
Great in theory. The wood is very soft and dents easily.

Yes, but ...
My two toddlers love their tool bench and it's very well made on the whole, but unfortunately much like the other reviews, the vice broke within a couple of supervised play sessions. As others have said, the wooden pin holding the handle on seems to have snapped. It sounds like a weak point. Am hoping a replacement part is available but we're in the UK and it was a gift so no idea where it was purchased from.

I am planning on buying more stuff for the work bench but some of my son's pieces are peeling and my son broke the vise.

Almost in love
Santa brought this for my 2 and 4 year olds. It was easy to assemble. The bench itself is sturdy. It comes with plenty of pieces for the kids to explore and come up with their own creations. They love it! I didn't give five stars because an hour into play, the vice completely broke. A tiny wooden peg snapped when my son was tightening the grip, which caused the entire vice to come off and is now unusable. Also, one of the green building pieces is already splintered at the top. I was disappointed to find out that the company wasn't able to send me replacement pieces. I would still recommend, but maybe beware that the vice is fragile.

I would buy again
Amazing piece! Our little guy absolutely loves it and it provides great quality time for us together building stuff! We're definitely losing parts tho! Will order more if available!
