POOR presentation

I ordered these because they are the silver my son and his bride registered for this past year. One set came in a box that was tattered and the felt holder was wrinkled. Basically, it looks used. I would expect that if I had picked up at TJMaxx but expected a much more professional presentation from Bloomingdale's. They look used.
