I received it broken and opened. Look like someone already used it before. When called customer service and asked for exchange, she told me I will receive the replacement in 2 business days. Return the item, but never received the replacement. When called customer service again been notified the item is not qualified for replacement!!! Bloomingdale needs to work on their customer service (both in store and on the phone) Even in store not only they are not helpful, but always giving you a hard time when trying to ask them to help you…

I normally don't love clutter or things on my counter top but this is beyond perfect! Not too large - perfect in size and functional! Makes an awesome gift! Love it!
