    During his first trip to Delhi, Michael Aram was so captivated by the rich tradition of craftsmanship and centuries-old metalworking techniques that he set up his own studio. More than 30 years later, over 200 local Indian artisans handcraft exquisite tableware, linens, and decorative objects for the home. Beautiful, but workmanship is beyond poor.

I got this menorah last year and while it looks beautiful, not two Hanukkahs in with very gentle use and careful storage, the plating has come off in three separate places. Very disappointing. I expected more from Michael Aram and Bloomingdale’s.
