Horrific experience

Absolutely horrific experience! Parts missing, item itself (Michael Aram lamp) damaged, packing foam destroyed (not sure if this was a return or was vandalized!) item not as advertised ! Wondering if it’s a counterfeit!!!! Now I’m on the hook to “safely and securely” return the item for a refund !!
