Lovely Concept But Arrived Defective

Lovely concept but arrived defective. I ordered five pieces from the white orchid collection and two were defective. It is shame that the company has such poor quality control. I am awaiting exchanges for both defective pieces and hope the replacements are not defective. Michael Aram should really make sure that pieces leaving his factory are not defective ,especially given as pricey as they are.
