Wasn't what I expected.
This monogram and look was not as polished as others in The Kors line. I only like this particular bag in black

Quality Satchel
I purchased the Scarlett Satchel in black leather. Overall good quality. Unfortunately, the lining is a light beige as opposed to black as pictured. Hence, the four stars.

Nice bag
I really like the look of the handbag. It’s structured and classy. Coming from a much larger bag with more pockets, I was concerned about not having enough space and pockets for organization. However, it has worked out just fine. The magnet closure is nice and strong. The skinny shoulder strap does cut into my shoulder a bit, but a wide strap wouldn’t be appropriate for this bag. I can just alternate to carry it as a satchel at those times. The inside of the bag is a cream colored canvas. I worry about that showing wear quickly, but so far so good. The only real issue is the pebble leather. I am pretty careful with my bag, especially when it is new, but somehow I have already got a scratch right in the middle on the front. I buffed it out pretty well, but I still know it’s there. I like the black Saffiano leather of my prior Michael Kors bag better. It held up very well.

The bag was beautiful, but my items did not fit in the purse. There was not enough room. I will be returning it.

Fabulous bag
This bag is beautiful!! It looks elegant! It is roomie without being bulky! It feels empty with all my stuff that I carry every day! I love this bag because it is classic and can be worn anywhere!
