HORRIBLE MICHAEL KORS ANKLE BOOTS!!😖

I will be returning these boots!! They look & feel like they're made out of a hard, cheap plastic! I almost broke my fingers trying to unzip both boots! One pair is dirty on the bottom like they've already been worn!
