CM 5510 Silence Fully Automatic Coffee System

The Miele 5510 is my first automatic coffee system I am still trying to perfect the perfect cup of coffee. But, my issues are the water tank and drip tray. The water tank is small and I was aware of that, however, it won't even use all the water in the tank, before stopping and making me refill when it is 25 percent full. Also, drip tray gets full after making 3 double cups of coffee. When it is not in use, I put an empty cup to catch the rinse water, so it isn't that. I am also on my 4th brand of coffee, and still not satisfied with the coffee taste. Hopefully I will find the perfect one soon, then I will be on to espresso and cappuccino trials. I had looked at a Jura for months, maybe should have spent a little more and got that.
Miele is a one star ( used to be 5!)
I didn’t get it because they were sold out! What type of review do u think I would leave? It isn’t Bloomingdales fault. It actually is mieles and they have done this same thing with William sonoma, Bloomingdales and recently on their own website. They use to be about quality but now if they under produce, they just cancel the order. This has happened 6 times. Oh and the 200 they said they would rebate? Good luck trying to find out where you get this rebate!
