Great knife but why does the emblem wear off?

I have a few Miyabi Kaizen knives, which I love, but I wish the painted on logo was better thought out. Mine all had partially worn off logos on the blade after less than a year of use which makes them look kind of shabby. How has this not been addressed/resolved?

Balanced, sharp, comfortable

I held many different Nakiri knives to see which was most comfortable in my hand. This one felt the most natural. When I first used it to slice some vegetables… Wow! So little effort to cut razor-thin slices. This is now my go-to knife for any work.

Daily driver

I love this knife so much. It holds an edge with the best of them but holds up to my daily job as a cook. Slices super clean and has a good size for a one for all things knives.
