Warehouse no quality before shipping

I received with a dirty coat. The chest, the arm were dirty. The “rope” attached to the Moncler tag inside is broken. I believe the item has been tried for multiple times. I am very disappointed with the amount of money I paid for. Additionally, for more than 2k product, it didn’t even come with any dust covers. When I called the customer service asking for a replacement, she told me there were no more in stock. She would provide me the refund instead. I had to order from a different web. However, several days after, I received another email saying the replacement shipping is under processing. I called customer service instantaneous asking him to cancel the shipping but he told me there was nothing he can do. I had to return the product after I received it. Anyway, I had a poor shopping experience. The warehouse did not perform any quality check on this item.

greatest coat ever made

I was hesitant to spent this kind of money on a winter coat but this satisfied EVERY need. Extremely packable (gets down to the size of a small pouch, very warm, tailored waist, retractable hood. 10/10!
