broke in less than 3 months and not used daily
this ring was perfect and cute until it just broke . I tried to get an exchange but they were no longer in stock. I called to return before my return closing window as stated in my purchase but the customer service associate said they would return it back to me and not give me a refund. they would just send it back because it was past 30 days of purchase. I would think a piece of jewelry would have a longer warranty.. and under my purchase, it said that I had about three months to return it, so I’m confused. anyway, Customer Service was bad. The quality of the product was bad, but I had no choice but to keep it..
