Great shorts - not too short!

Love the fit of these shorts. Just the right amount of fraying and not too short. Note they are rigid and may be a little snugger around the waist than the typical Mother jeans with stretch.

Weird fitting shorts

The color and material is great, however the fit, not so much. I am not sure what rookie seamster person put this item together, but definitely not an expert. Usually, made in the USA brand of jeans are for the most part consistent when it comes to fit and look, however I am not sure how or where mother brand is making these items, but the fit of these shorts is just way off, as in whomever was tasked with making this items, literally wasted a good material, just practicing how to sow. I am usually and consistently 24 in jeans, and every once in a while 25, however these shorts fit wired. For example, the fit is fine in the leg area, however so far as the waist area is way too small, that I started from 25 (based on the reviews to size up,) and even went to size 26, however I am not about to try the 27 as the leg area is going to be too wide. Point of the story, Mother jeans need to have whom ever was tasked with making this shorts, not bother sow/make jeans again.

Interesting Fit

Had a strange fit on the front, may just be between sizes but 27 was too tight and 28 had too much room in the front!

Cute, but run super small

Cute shorts, but not for me. I have a thicker waist and these run super small in the waist. I normally wear 29 in Mother and bought these in 31 & 32 for a relaxed fit but they were still uncomfortably tight. Returned both sizes.
