Nice Bag But Kind of Blah in Appearance

This bag is very functional as far as its setup and compartments. However, it did not bowl me over as far as fashion and pizazz. I have other MZ bags and I love them all. This one, however, just seemed very ho-hum.

Careless shipping

Received this bag in a Macy’s shipping bag with no protective packing materials. There was no “stuffing” in the bag to maintain shape. The messenger strap is missing. Very careless treatment of a $275 bag. I will be returning this and purchasing a replacement elsewhere due to Bloomingdale’s lackadaisical shipping effort.
