When I initially received the bag, the crossbody strap was missing and the bag seemed smaller than the images. I called Bloomingdale’s and they immediately sent me a new one to replace the defect. The bag arrived quickly and it is perfect! Such an amazing size for commuting all day or for literally anything. The insertable bags are great to keep everything organized and the bag material is so soft. The bag looks sharp and adds an edge to my casual looks. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a durable, stylish bag for virtually any occasion of a day.

I needed a new work bag and something functional to put my personal belongings as well as all my cleaning supplies (wipes, hand sanitizer, etc) so this is my go to bag! I love how it has so much storage and the fact that its super light too! This bag is great for work and everyday usage . My kind of bag for 2020.

I’ve been eyeing this bag for a while now and finally ordered it when it was on sale. During this Covid pandemic, I haven’t really been able to use it to go anywhere... I do love how light wright it is and the extra pouches for cosmetics and anything else I happen to need. I love all the different pockets for organization-it drives me crazy when I can’t find things in my bag. I need to have a pockets for everything. The only thing that I see that may drive me crazy are the shoulder straps doesn’t seem to stay up and seems to slip down.

I bought this as a gift for my mom's 60th birthday. She had been eyeing a different MZ Wallace style for a while, but when I saw the Large Sutton Bag in store, I thought she'd like the way you can convert the bag to a smaller, more chic shape.
