Order Filled By Another Retailer
It was ordered from bloomingdales.com and the order was delayed for a few weeks for an unknown reason. When it finally arrived it was from another retailer (Portmerion Group USA) and the dish had scratches over the entire dish.
Christmas tree
This Christmas trees platter is perfect in every way. Absolutely gorgeous to the feel, I use it at Christmas, and All year long because I live in Maine!! It’s a Great additional piece to be added to my Nambe Collection!!

Scratched tray
This tray was ordered as a gift for my daughter. It arrived with a pitted/scratched area in the exact center of the tray. It appeared that someone may have attempted to polish the scratches out, but sent it anyway. There was also a pitted area in the lower corner. I would only buy a Nambe tray again from a local store so that I could check for scratches. I was disappointed in the product, but didn’t want to deal with sending it back and hoping for an acceptable replacement.
