DARLING!! Runs large!

This dress!!!! Adorable!! Y’all…when I found this dress, I was so sad because I fell in love with it online but they only had smalls left. And based on the size guide with my waist of 31” I should order a medium or even a large. I generally wear a 6 on top and 8 on bottom. I decided to just hope for the best and ordered the small…I was THRILLED when it fit PERFECTLY with room to spare! Sooo excited to wear this!! For the record, I’m 5’7” tall.
