Why discontinue this line!?!!!

I'm 38 years old and this is truly the first make up product that I've used entirely and have been for years. Unrestricted was the best color for a natural flush lip (on me) that wasn't lipstick-y and I'm soooo upset that it's gone. I tried to buy the last of what I saw at the makeup stores but it was too late. If someone from NARS reads this what's my alternative now?

Wrong shade sent/Unresponsive customer service

They sent me the wrong shade and I contacted Customer Service via email and have not heard back in a week. Meanwhile, I'm getting bombarded with emails to buy more products. Come on, NARS! Would love to continue purchasing but please be more responsive and rectify your mistake.

Luxurious feel

Very smooth application. I wish I'd get a different color, but the composition of the product was perfect. Did not get sticky with good color pay off.

Please make these PERMANENT!!!

Please keep these permanent especially UNRESTRICTED, the formula is gorgeous and the color too. Extend the line with cool toned nudes, pinks, and mauves and they will definitely be a hit!!! Please NARS listen to your customers!

Hate to say goodbye

Love this formula and shade-it's just perfect. Heard it was discontinued, so wanted to stock up. Gives my lips a lovely soft dusty berry blur that naturally defines them. Needs to be tightly capped to prevent drying out. Hate long goodbyes, and the hunt for a replacement.
