Can’t start a mirning without my Nespresso

I have had a Nespresso for 4 + years. I now have a second Nespresso because I spend winters in FL. Instead of bringing my Nespresso from MN to FL each year, I decided to buy a buy a second for FL. Anyway, I wake up each morning selecting the coffee of the day and enjoy a premium cup of Nespresso in my personal boutique - my kitchen!!!

Luke Warm Coffee

This is probably some of the best at home coffee I have tasted, but......The Vertuo just doesn't get the coffee hot enough. For the price of the machine and the price of the pods, I would expect it to come out much hotter. I mean...everything should come together! Mine is warm at best. I have read many reviews and this seems to be a big problem with Vertuo. Many say to microwave the cup first, or... put it on a cup warmer for a few minutes. I want my coffee first thing in the morning and I want it hot. I don't want to fidget with the cup! Nespresso....you need to revamp this machine

Why is this thing so hard to de-scale?

Every time I try to de-scale this thing it ends up taking an hour or more because the machine does not behave like it says it will in the official Nespresso "how to" de-scale video. It's super frustrating and I am wondering whether it's not time to switch to a Breville or DeLonghi. They cannot be as difficult to clean as a Nespresso Vertuo.
