Not true to size

My rating is addressing a quality control issue with New Balance, not Macy's. I ordered two pairs of New Balance sneakers. This pair, Women's 574, is not true to size. It is way too small for a 6.5.

THE BEST SHOE

These are true to size. I am a size 7 and purchased a size 7, fits perfectly. They look better in person! I cannot describe how good this show looks on.

Wicked awesome

These kicks give me a feeling of nostalgia. I can still remember picking out my first pair as a little girl in the early 80’s. They’re so comfy too and wicked cute!

Totally undecided

I ordered these in 6.5 because that is my usual size and I have never had to go up. Even with a lightweight sock these are so tight I won't try to break them in. Will now go through the hassle of returning.

Good job New Balance.

I am kind of new to the New Balance brand, and I was nicely surprised. These sneakers are very comfortable right from the first wear. They provide great support in the right places, they also look good with any casual outfit. Very cute! I am happy with my purchase!
