Flattering Flutter Top

Very pretty top! I have several Nic & Zoe items and the size and quality was on par. I typically take an XS in Nic & Zoe and this fit perfectly as such. It's nice fitting, not baggy nor too confining and the colors are beautiful in navy, rose and 2 shades of beige. The collar lays nicely and isn't overwhelming or cutting into one's neck. Length is nice for leaving untucked.
