Seasonally Conflicted Dress

I usually like a fringed hem and thought this dress would be fun. The problem is that it’s sleeveless, suggesting airy wear, but the fabric is just too thick and hot! I am keeping it to wear in the fall and early winter. Now I need a complimentary blazer.
